Live Scanner® Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Agreement
This agreement (“Terms of Service”) governs your participation in the Live Scanner® Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to these terms.
Live Scanner® reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new features or enhancements to the Program shall be subject to these terms. Your continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Violation of any terms herein will result in immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of any pending affiliate commission payments. You acknowledge that participation in the Program is at your own risk.
2. Eligibility and Account Terms
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Be a natural person (automated registrations are prohibited)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain account security and confidentiality
- Use a single login for a single individual
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from using the Program for unauthorized purposes
- Not maintain multiple accounts
- Not use the Program to earn commissions on your own Live Scanner® purchases
3. Commission Structure and Payments
3.1 Commission Rates
- Standard Commission Rate: 20% of qualifying product sales
- Premium Partner Rate: Up to 30% for affiliates meeting quarterly performance goals
- Special Promotion Rates: Additional commission opportunities during promotional periods
3.2 Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: $20
- Payment Methods: PayPal, Direct Deposit (US banks only), or Wire Transfer
- Payment Schedule: Monthly (paid by the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings)
- Payment Processing Fees:
- PayPal: No fee
- Direct Deposit: No fee
- Wire Transfer: $25 fee deducted from payment
4. Marketing Guidelines
4.1 Acceptable Marketing Practices
- Content marketing and blog posts
- Social media promotion
- Email marketing to opted-in lists
- Product reviews and comparisons
- Educational content and tutorials
4.2 Prohibited Marketing Practices
- Spam or unsolicited email marketing
- False or misleading advertising
- Trademark bidding on search engines
- Cookie stuffing or injection
- Incentivized clicks or purchases
- Pop-ups or pop-unders
- Domain squatting or typo-squatting
5. Communication and Support
We are committed to providing timely support to our affiliates:

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must maintain privacy standards that include:
- A clearly posted privacy policy on their website
- Disclosure of affiliate relationship in all promotions
- Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
- Secure handling of any collected user data
- No sharing of Live Scanner® customer data with third parties
7. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- All Live Scanner® materials must be removed within 5 business days
- Qualified earnings above $20 will be paid in the next payment cycle
- Access to the affiliate portal will be revoked
- Any confidential information must be returned or destroyed
8. Legal Provisions
All previous sections regarding arbitration, limitation of liability, and governing law remain in effect as stated in the original agreement.
